TWO MORE TRUSTS JOIN NEMA AND REAP REWARDS OF LANDMARK DEAL BETWEEN DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND PRIORITY DISPATCH CORP.

North West Ambulance Trust and Yorkshire Ambulance Trust have recently joined NEMA. These Trusts join previous members, South Western Ambulance Service NHS Trust, Great Western Ambulance Service NHS Trust, Isle of Wight NHS Primary Care Trust, South East Coast Ambulance Trust, East Midlands Ambulance Trust and the Welsh Ambulance Service Trust. These eight Trusts make up 53% of the United Kingdom patient coverage. NEMA is the first nationwide, comprehensive medical dispatch arrangement in the world.
