The SEND Special Procedures Briefing has been designed to teach police officers and police dispatchers how to use the SEND Protocol to request EMS support. It has also been designed to be used by EMDs as a supplement to the EMD Advancement Series. EMDs who complete this lesson can receive 30 minutes of CDE credit towards recertification.
